Picasso and the Reventós Family

The art works and documents in this exhibition describe Picasso's relationship with the Reventós family. The show includes The Dead Woman , a 1903 work donated by Picasso to the Reventós Foundation seventy years after the artist painted it.

To mark the occasion of the donation Picasso made on 3 January 1973 to the Reventós Foundation of his painting The Dead Woman , the Museu Picasso has organised the exhibition entitled Picasso and the Reventós Family . Besides this canvas, several other works and items in the show reveal the bonds of friendship between Picasso and the members of the Reventós family.
