Beyond the Façade

Presented between January 31 and May 17, 2026, at Casa Batlló Contemporary, Beyond the Façade inaugurated this new exhibition space as a contemporary laboratory located on the second floor of Casa Batlló. The exhibition establishes a direct dialogue with the Hidden Order mapping presented by UVA on the facade of Casa Batlló, extending the narrative from the exterior to the interior of the building and creating a journey through darkness, light, and perception. Through audiovisual installations, kinetic sculptures — such as their celebrated Seven Suns — and spatial compositions, UVA translates Gaudí's architecture into a living system where patterns, cycles, and relationships between chaos and order emerge.
